Job Description
Registered Nurse - PCU

Schedule

Night 3x12-Hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00), weekends required (6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule).

Assignment Details

48 hours approved.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse license.
• Proven experience in a progressive care unit (PCU) or telemetry setting.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of EMR systems is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced progressive care unit.
• Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and telemetry readings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
