Job Vision

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and formulate personalized therapy strategies enabling them to reach their personal goals.
• Conduct Therapeutic Interventions: Leverage evidence-based methods to boost patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills.
• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with other OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to ensure well-rounded patient care.
• Instruct Patients and Families: Empower patients and their families with therapy techniques that promote ongoing progress beyond the clinic.
• Monitor Patient Progress: Diligently track clinical developments and modify treatment plans accordingly to help patients thrive.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution
• Encouragement for further education or advanced certifications

Licenses

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
