Digital Success Manager

This position is responsible for providing service and support for all digital banking products to new and current business relationships.

Measures of Success

• Become a trusted advisor by effectively communicating and listening to customers and employees.

• Able to prioritize and be detail orientated.

• Knowledge of all digital products to have the ability to identify cross-selling opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain a working knowledge of all digital business banking products and features to be able to effectively assist current and new relationships with service and support. Examples of digital business banking products includes, but is not limited to:
  • Internet Banking
  • Bill Pay
  • Cash Management
  • E-Deposit
  • ACH Services
  • Merchant Card Services
  • Credit cards
  • Debit cards
  • Phone Banking
  • Mobile Banking
  • Digital Statements
  • Zelle

• Assist in overseeing the maintenance of customer accounts ensuring customer needs are met.

• Will assist in providing sales and support services by working with the Digital Banking team and other departments to identify cross-selling opportunities, conduct annual needs analysis, and oversee on-going maintenance of accounts to ensure customers' needs are met.

• Earn and maintain the respect and trust of people.

• Travel as needed for product installs and customer support.

• Assist with projects related to Digital Banking.

• Responsible to promote a positive and collaborative environment that supports teamwork and excellent customer service throughout the organization.

• Participate in annual review of digital banking forms and contracts.

• Contribute to the overall success of the organization by leveraging opportunities as they relate to all entities of Bravera.

• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information.

• Will recognize and leverage opportunities among all Bravera customers, particularly in regards to digital products and services.

• Prepares reports on product profitability, and other reporting as assigned.

• Maintain a high level of computer competency, including PCs and the bank's core processing system.

• Fully understand and adhere to current banking regulations, policies, and procedures related to digital banking compliance and overall safety and soundness.

• Responsible for promoting the organization in the community through participation in various civic and community events, activities, committees and organizations.

• The employee will adhere to all banking rules and regulations, including but not limited to the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act. In addition, the employee will be proactive in the prevention of illegal activities, will vigilantly look for activities that may constitute any type of fraud including money laundering, and will report any suspicious activity to the BSA Officer.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, finance, accounting, or related field preferred,
• Experience: 3+ years of banking experience; OR
• An acceptable combination of education and experience
