Bilingual Call Center Representative

Supporting Medicaid members in South Carolina, the full-time Bilingual Call Center Representative will manage inquiries, provide product information, and assist customers in a remote environment, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and efficiency. Key responsibilities Respond to Medicaid member inquiries using a computerized system, following standard scripts and procedures Gather information, assess caller needs, and resolve inquiries while documenting calls accurately Assist callers with Medicaid applications and provide updates on application status, acting as an advocate for members Required qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED A minimum of 1 year of call center experience in telephone customer service or related experience Must pass the Call Center - Service Skills Assessment and Internet Speed test Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs effectively Must be able to submit to a pre-employment screening
