Job Description

• Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design personalized treatment strategies to help them reach their goals
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven techniques to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and daily life activities
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work in synergy with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide a well-rounded care experience
• Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their caregivers on therapeutic practices to continue progress at home
• Track Progress and Document Outcomes: Continuously monitor development and modify treatment plans accordingly, ensuring patients make strides

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Encouragement for ongoing education and certification advancement

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification mandatory
