Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and design personalized therapy strategies to assist them in achieving their goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner efficiently with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate individuals and their caregivers on therapeutic methods to foster ongoing progress beyond the clinic.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes, adjusting treatments as necessary to keep patients moving forward.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Ongoing education or certifications post-graduation are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
