Pediatric Speech Therapist

River Therapies is a private therapy company located in the Fox Chapel community of Pennsylvania. We specialize in outpatient, early intervention, and school-based therapy services. Our mission is to serve God, by helping children surpass what others said they would never achieve. We are seeking a Speech Therapist to join our team. Our company offers speech therapists current opportunities in early intervention (birth to three population) and school-based therapy services. As a member of the therapy department, you will work closely with River Administration to ensure the delivery of effective, day-to-day therapy services, as well as collaborate with members of our therapy department and outside medical professionals to deliver the highest quality of care to the patients you serve. In Early Intervention, you will collaborate with Service Coordination and the other therapy members of your team to have a collaborative approach to therapy services in the least restrictive environment for the patient. For school-based services, our therapists follow school-specific schedules and communicate with district staff and administration for the betterment of each student! What You Will Do: provide daily speech therapy sessions to patients identified as requiring services complete daily documentation complete progress reports and all other required paperwork for Early Intervention services in Allegheny County IEP documentation and maintenance of student IEPs (progress reports, evaluations, re-evaluations, attendance at IEP meetings) maintain required communication with families and staff for the betterment of each patient regular meetings with administration staff to discuss caseloads, answer questions, and promote overall employment success collaborate with all members of the patient's therapy team, including families, to ensure the highest quality outcome for each patient What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: Licensed Speech Therapist in Pennsylvania.
