Strategic Labor Relations Manager

RW Las Vegas is seeking a Labor Relations Manager to design and implement employee relations programs, policies and procedures within a gaming environment. You will consult with managers, HRBPs, and the union to address behavior and performance concerns while ensuring compliance with laws and contracts. You will work closely with department managers and leaders to improve work relationships, boost morale, and increase retention, providing guidance on confidential HR issues and training to HRBPs. #J-18808-Ljbffr rwlasvegas
