Candidates will work 4 10-hour shifts weekly, should be open to 5:30am - 4pm or 11am - 9pm CST

Job Summary
The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for hourly, skilled trades, technical, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and professional positions. This role partners with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, source and assess candidates, manage hiring activities, and ensure an efficient hiring process while supporting high-volume workforce needs.



Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, priorities, and recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, educational institutions, and community partnerships.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, candidate assessments, and evaluation documentation.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offers, background checks, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain recruiting activity and candidate records within the ATS.
• Represent the organization at job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Track recruiting metrics and analyze hiring trends to improve recruiting effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, EEO guidelines, and company policies.

Years of Experience and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, production, logistics, distribution, engineering, skilled trades, or other high-volume environments preferred.
• Experience recruiting for hourly, technical, engineering, skilled trades, and professional positions.

Skills Required

• Full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition experience.
• Candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws, EEO guidelines, and recruiting best practices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide exceptional customer service.
