Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailored to address specific mental health concerns.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in regular team meetings and case consultations to contribute to the multidisciplinary approach of client care.

• Participate in ongoing professional training and workshops to remain up-to-date with advancements in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of two years’ counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000. Compensation will be adjusted based on experience and caseload availability.
