Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the individual needs of clients, followed by the development of comprehensive treatment plans tailored to address those needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, ensuring that all interventions are suited to the diverse backgrounds of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations, facilitating efficient treatment and quality assurance.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, psychologists, and care coordinators, to deliver integrated care that holistically addresses each client’s mental health needs.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to promote best practices and maintain high standards of care.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, equipping them with knowledge and tools to support their recovery journey.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments within the mental health field to continuously improve service delivery and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Many of our clients come to us experiencing critical life transitions, grief, and loss, particularly in the hospice setting. You will play a vital role in not only addressing their mental health needs but also in supporting their families throughout this sensitive process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.
\n
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapeutic practices, particularly in outpatient and hospice settings.

• Strong knowledge and skill set in solution-based interventions, with the ability to tailor approaches to individual client circumstances.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective collaboration with a diverse patient population and multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
