Job Title: Senior Mechatronic Robotic Technician Job Description

As a Senior Mechatronic Robotic Technician, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our high-speed automated and robotic equipment. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining and repairing material handling systems, ensuring efficiency and minimizing downtime.

• Install, inspect, repair, and maintain material handling equipment such as conveyors.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures.
• Perform battery changes and preventive maintenance on batteries.
• Enter downtime data in the daily log and complete PM sheets.
• Apply knowledge of basic electrical components to troubleshoot and identify equipment problems.
• Track and store the department's inventory, including spare parts.

• 2+ years of experience in conducting quality predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
• 2+ years of experience with the repair of material handling equipment or automated conveyor systems and controls.
• Experience in reading blueprints and electrical schematics for at least 2 years.
• Knowledge and experience with electrical and electronic principles for a minimum of 2 years.
• 1+ year of experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics of MHE systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications.

• Ability to troubleshoot basic input and output functions of building operations.
• Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
• Experience with MHE safety standards in accordance with OEM and Safety standards.
• Associates or higher degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field.
• 2+ years of apprenticeship or equivalent experience in the Mechanical or Electrical field.
• 2+ years of experience working with PLC-based controls systems.
• Experience with robotic operation and maintenance.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, VA.

The pay range for this position is $42.60 - $42.60/hr.
