Area Vice President Description Our client is a well-established and growing hospice organization. They have a current opening for an Area Vice President for multiple locations across eastern Pennsylvania. There will be travel expectations throughout the region. This person will oversee their hospice service line. Medicare Hospice leadership experience as an RN is required. This person will manage operations, financials, clinical performance, census & revenue growth, and help to create a positive culture. Relocation candidates welcome to apply. Area Vice President Requirements Multi-site Hospice leadership experience. Excellent understanding of Medicare regulations and COP’s. Registered Nurse, bachelor’s degree required. Ability to travel. Area Vice President Job Responsibilities Oversee operations & financials for multiple area locations. Oversight of directly reporting leaders. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations. Work with business development team to grow census. The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
