Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to students experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, both in-person at school sites and through virtual platforms.

• Conduct thorough assessments, including brief screenings based on evidence-based practices, followed by developing individualized care plans tailored to the needs of each student.

• Engage in crisis intervention efforts, providing timely support as necessary while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for students.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, continuously focusing on student empowerment and recovery.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and optimize outcomes for clients, leveraging a system of communication that includes families and educational staff.

• Monitor client progress, coordinating care and ensuring that treatment plans focus on the issues presented by the student.

• Remain current with ethical guidelines and organizational policies, contributing to compliance with regulatory standards across the facility.

• Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and agency committees to enhance service delivery processes.

• Prepare and submit detailed documentation, ensuring timely reports and data entry as per organizational requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
