*What You'll Do*

* Represent clients in probate, trust, and conservatorship litigation
* Develop case strategy from initial filing through resolution
* Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, settlement agreements, and appellate-quality legal briefs
* Conduct and defend depositions
* Manage written discovery and subpoenas
* Appear in court for hearings, settlement conferences, and trials
* Work closely with experienced litigators while building your own practice skills

*What We're Looking For*

* Active California Bar license in good standing
* Litigation experience preferred (probate, trust, family law, civil litigation, or related practice areas)
* Exceptional legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
* Strong courtroom presence and communication abilities
* Self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment
