Office Manager (w/ Bookkeeping) Department: Operations Employment Type: Full Time Location: Houston, TX (AV Express) Reporting To: Susan, Dir of Finance Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 / year Description You Are: Responsible for maintaining smooth and efficient office operations, managing financial and payroll processes, overseeing compliance and vendor management, and supporting employee‑related administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, a high level of confidentiality and the ability to collaborate with various teams to ensure streamlined processes. Your Location: In‑Person (Not Remote) 3918 Dunvale Rd, Houston, TX 77063 Your Schedule: Full‑Time | 40 Hours Per Week Mon‑Fri 8:00am-5:00pm Your Manager: Susan, Dir of Financing Your Contribution to AV Express: Bookkeeping: AR/AP, cash flow, billing & invoicing, credit card reconciliation Point of Contact: internal and external communications Admin: mail distribution, document scanning, maintain organized electronic filing system Your Background/Skills: +5yrs: office management or business operations Proficiency in QuickBooks, ADP, and time‑tracking software Experience managing payroll and basic accounting functions.
