Job Overview As a Field Marketing / Business Development Representative, you will drive marketing and partnership efforts targeting key decision makers in insurance, property management, and commercial real estate sectors. Your Role & Responsibilities Build relationships with plumbers, insurance agents, insurance adjustors, property managers, and industry professionals. Develop new referral partnerships through cold calls, meetings, networking events, conferences, trade shows, and BNI groups. Plan and schedule follow-ups to nurture long-term partnerships. Help organize marketing events. Log interactions using our CRM tools. Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies. Conduct market research for trends and partners. Create and manage targeted campaigns to generate leads and retain clients. Develop marketing materials (presentations, brochures, email campaigns) for B2B audiences. Serve as point of contact for business accounts. Collaborate with internal teams for consistent branding. Monitor and analyze campaign success (KPIs). Prepare reports on performance and ROI. Requirements High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is a plus). Valid driver's license & clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check.Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in restoration or mitigation. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain business relationships. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate into insights. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in marketing tools (CRM, email, social media).
