Business Development Representative, Charlotte, N.C. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate is energetic, relationship-focused, and skilled at identifying new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and lead generation efforts. This role is critical in driving company growth by developing qualified sales opportunities and supporting the sales team throughout the pipeline process.
