Accountant

AccountantOur client is seeking an experienced Accountant to support accounting operations within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on manufacturing accounting experience and be an expert user of SAP.Key Responsibilities:Manage month-end and year-end close activitiesPrepare financial reports, reconciliations, and journal entriesAnalyze manufacturing costs, inventory, variances, and financial dataPartner with operations and finance teams to support plant performanceIdentify and implement process improvementsEnsure accuracy and compliance with accounting policies and controlsRequirements:4+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment – requiredExpert-level SAP experience – requiredStrong understanding of manufacturing accounting, cost accounting, and inventoryExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
