Shift: Four clinic days + one remote administrative day

Pay & Benefits

Salary: Guaranteed base of $550,000 annually

Bonuses & Support: $55,000 signing bonus, $100,000 student loan support

Additional Compensation: wRVU (uncapped)

What You'll Do

• Provide expert hematology and oncology care for adult patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including specialty support across 54 fields
• Participate in inpatient call rotation with additional compensation
• Contribute to clinical trials, genetic counseling, and patient navigation services
• Utilize advanced technology within a newly expanded cancer center
• Engage in quality improvement and community outreach initiatives
• Support the ongoing growth of the cancer program in partnership with established referral sources

What You Need

Required:

• Board Certification or Eligibility in Hematology/Oncology
• Ohio medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred:

• Experience in adult hematology and oncology
• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
