Are you a detail-driven legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment? Our busy personal injury law firm is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal / Legal Assistant to support attorneys from intake through resolution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing cases, organizing complex medical records, and keeping litigation moving forward efficiently.
In this position, you will assist with drafting and filing legal documents, maintaining case files, handling extensive medical records, and supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process. Strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and prior personal injury litigation experience are essential.
Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of personal injury litigation experience
- Extensive experience managing paperwork and medical records
- Associate’s degree in any field required
- Proficiency in Neos case management software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Paralegal certificate a plus
Hours : Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
