Sales Director

A well-established and growing visual communications company is seeking a Director of Sales to lead a team of sales professionals, support key client relationships, oversee marketing initiatives, and drive continued growth. This role is ideal for an experienced sales leader or a successful senior sales professional ready to take the next step into leadership. Industry experience in large-format printing, signage, graphics, or visual communications is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the sales team. Conduct monthly sales meetings and drive sales performance. Manage select key accounts and support business development efforts. Oversee marketing activities, including website updates and email campaigns. Serve as the primary liaison between sales and operations to ensure exceptional customer service and project execution. Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented culture. Qualifications Proven sales success with leadership or management experience preferred. Strong communication, coaching, and relationship‑building skills. Positive attitude and ability to inspire and motivate others.
