Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging one-on-one video chat sessions with clients, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to their unique situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adult clients facing various mental health needs. Our client focus is on individuals seeking to enhance their quality of life through therapeutic interventions. They present a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges, requiring empathetic and skilled support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong computer literacy skills and proficiency with telehealth platforms and case management systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Reflective Life Counseling, LLC offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year , dependent upon hours worked.
