Your Mission

As the Administrative Assistant - River Falls, you'll keep our River Falls office running at full speedsupporting customers and teammates while protecting accuracy, cash controls, and compliance. This entry-level, onsite, full-time role (MonFri, 8:00 AM5:00 PM) pays $19.00$20.00/hour. Key responsibilities include customer/employee support via phone, email, fax, and in person; data entry for inventory, accounts, invoices, and reports; maintaining files and ordering supplies; reconciling route collections and preparing bank deposits; completing A/P, A/R, petty cash, and purchase orders; and supporting safety tracking and hiring paperwork.
