Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Develop and maintain collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, regularly tracking their progress towards these goals.

• Utilize teletherapy and virtual sessions to ensure accessible care for clients facing mobility challenges or other barriers to in-person visits.

• Keep accurate and organized documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies to support client care and outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to continually enhance your therapeutic practices and stay abreast of the latest trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Yellow Stone Counseling Services, you will primarily work with diverse groups, including couples, families, children, and adolescents. Our client population includes individuals dealing with various mental health challenges, including addiction, trauma, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. We are particularly committed to providing culturally competent care to clients from all backgrounds, including communities of color and the LGBTQIA population.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A current, state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of full-time counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.

• Experience working with diverse population groups, including couples, children, teens, and families, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
