Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans that leverage individual strengths while addressing areas of growth.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate closely with other clinicians in staff meetings and supervision sessions, sharing insights and refining approaches to foster effective treatment outcomes.

• Establish measurable therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, continuously evaluating their progress and adjusting strategies to optimize recovery.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring all client interactions and treatment plans are well recorded.

• Engage in professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on the latest therapeutic modalities and mental health trends.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active and valid state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Yellow Stone Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
