Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to understand clients' substance abuse histories and mental health needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and underlying psychological issues.

• Facilitate individual therapy and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate effectively with other members of the treatment team to ensure cohesive and integrated support for each client.

• Maintain accurate and confidential progress notes in accordance with state and federal regulations.

• Educate and engage clients' families in the treatment process to foster a supportive home environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals struggling with substance use disorders, including those with co-occurring mental health issues. You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from young adults to older adults, each facing unique challenges on their path to recovery. The goal is to empower these individuals to achieve sustained sobriety and improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A valid professional license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD) is required.

Preferred Experience\n

We highly value candidates who have a background in group therapy and family therapy. Experience working with clients from various socio-economic backgrounds and familiarity with telehealth services will be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits\n
