Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the unique challenges faced by older adults, including any cognitive or emotional factors impacting their well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of current and valid credentials as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Psychologist within the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, particularly with older adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n
