Operating within a detox center framework, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams consisting of physicians, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver integrated care. As part of your role, you may also participate in telehealth sessions to ensure continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your clinical skills and knowledge to formulate psychosocial diagnoses and develop a variety of personalized treatment plans for individual clients.

• Engage in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, and motivational interviewing, while adapting techniques to meet each client's unique needs.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress through regular assessments, adjusting treatment strategies as required, and documenting progress effectively in relevant systems.

• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals, including physicians and behavioral specialists, to create and implement comprehensive care plans.

• Support clients in managing their use of psychotropic medications, ensuring adherence to prescribed strategies while monitoring for efficacy and side effects.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current, valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license is mandatory. This license must be unrestricted and valid for independent practice in mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
