Role Description The Office Administrator/Client Relations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Frisco, TX. This position manages day-to-day client communications, including answering inquiries, scheduling consultations, and providing updates on case status. The coordinator will welcome clients to the office, prepare intake forms, maintain accurate records in the firm’s systems, and ensure smooth handoffs between clients and attorneys. Responsibilities include organizing files and calendars, tracking deadlines, coordinating follow-up tasks, and supporting basic administrative and project-related activities to keep client matters on schedule. The role is focused on delivering a high level of service, reinforcing the firm’s values of respect, clarity, and hospitality in every interaction. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written correspondence with clients and internal team members. Client Relations and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and provide a welcoming, supportive experience. Organization Skills to handle multiple client matters, manage calendars, maintain files, and monitor follow-up actions. Basic Project Management skills to coordinate tasks, track deadlines, and support efficient progress of client engagements. Experience in a professional services or legal environment is required. Proficiency with office software, case management or CRM tools is preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and work collaboratively in an on-site setting. High school diploma required; post-secondary education or training in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
