We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who wants more than a desk, a list of leads, and a daily script.

We're building our staffing business in the Brookshire/Katy/West Houston market, and we're looking for someone who wants to take ownership of developing that market.

This is a highly independent sales role. You'll identify companies that need staffing support, get in front of decision-makers, build relationships, win new accounts, and grow those relationships over time.

You'll have the support of our recruiting and operations teams but you'll own the sales process.

What You'll Do

• Prospect for new business through cold calls, email, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and in-person visits.
• Identify companies with current or upcoming staffing needs.
• Develop relationships with business owners, HR leaders, operations managers, and hiring managers.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings.
• Introduce prospective customers to our staffing solutions.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
• Follow up consistently and strategically with prospects.
• Close new staffing accounts and grow existing relationships.
• Develop a strong network throughout Richmond, Rosenberg, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Stafford and surrounding Fort Bend Communities.
• Work closely with recruiting and operations to ensure we deliver on customer expectations.
• Track sales activity, opportunities, and results in our CRM.
• Take ownership of your territory and continuously look for new opportunities.

Experience

Previous B2B sales, outside sales, staffing, recruiting, logistics, manufacturing, industrial sales, payroll, HR services, or business services experience is a plus.

Staffing experience is helpful but it's not required.

We're willing to teach the right person the staffing business.

What we can't teach as easily is hunger, persistence, accountability, and the desire to win.
