Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and developing trusting relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Create, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans centered around each client's unique needs and objectives.

• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational policies.

• Perform intake assessments to evaluate new clients' mental health needs comprehensively and effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.

• Proficiency in computer usage, particularly with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Microsoft Outlook, and PIMSY software.
