This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to deliver crucial mental health services from the comfort of your own space, which promotes work-life balance and flexibility. Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting thorough assessments to create customized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that incorporate strategies from cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, or other evidence-based modalities.

• Utilizing behavioral techniques to support clients in setting and achieving measurable goals.

• Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development activities to remain current in best practices and therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals, couples, and families grappling with a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. You will work with clients who seek support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, intimacy struggles, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Active regulatory licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually.
