Work Environment\n

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will work remotely within a dynamic telehealth setting, allowing for flexibility and convenience in service delivery. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a stable work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and confidential client assessments to identify mental health challenges and strengths.

• Design and implement individualized therapy plans that incorporate evidence-based treatment strategies tailored to each client's needs.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing diverse modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and other effective therapeutic approaches.

• Utilize behavioral strategies to engage clients actively in their treatment process, encouraging personal accountability and progress.

• Maintain well-organized and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress using electronic medical records systems, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on adult clients who are navigating relationship dynamics, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. You will facilitate therapeutic growth in a supportive, non-judgmental environment, leveraging your experience to empower clients to articulate their challenges and develop coping strategies. Your expertise in engagement is crucial for fostering positive therapeutic relationships and maximizing client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of a current, valid licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health settings is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
