Work Environment\n

This role is performed entirely through telehealth, allowing you flexibility while working from the comfort of your own home. With a work schedule of Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, we aim to provide a balance that respects both your professional commitments and personal life. While we understand the importance of structure, some flexibility may be required to accommodate the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify individual client needs using evidence-based practices.

• Create personalized treatment plans employing a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Deliver effective therapeutic interventions and monitor client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as needed.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors to create holistic treatment plans.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance clinical practices and outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
