Key Responsibilities Of The Billing Specialist Prepare, process, and distribute customer invoices accurately and in accordance with established billing procedures. Maintain customer billing records and resolve invoice discrepancies by partnering with internal departments and customers. Qualifications Of The Billing Specialist 3+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or related accounting experience. Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is required.
