Restoration Business Developer

Job Description This company is looking for a top Business Developer to join a fast‑growing, tech‑forward restoration company based in the DSM area . The role requires a highly motivated, autonomous individual with experience in business development within restoration or related industries. Responsibilities & Requirements Bring in a strong book of business with local clientele. Work for a well‑respected, full‑service restoration company specializing in mitigation, contents/pack‑outs, and reconstruction, with a growing reconstruction department. On‑site role with local travel to meet clients and build relationships. Primary focus on business development with limited estimating responsibilities. Mix of business development and light estimating, emphasizing relationship building. Guide customers through the insurance process. Act as an insurance expert and trusted advisor for clients. Experience with restoration, construction, or home services strongly preferred. Highly tech‑forward mindset. Operate autonomously with company‑provided laptop, gas card, debit card, toll tag, and monthly stipend to manage territory independently. All relationships are commission‑eligible, regardless of source. Strong people skills, grit, integrity, and a self‑starter mentality are essential. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with $150k+ earning potential. Commission begins after hitting a set threshold and is uncapped. Referral fees with top‑percentage payouts (including incentives). Monthly and year‑end giveaways. Gas card, laptop, debit card, and toll coverage.
