Role Description The Client Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Melbourne, FL, responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with new and existing clients of Shore to Summit Wealth Management. In this role, the individual will serve as a primary point of contact, respond to client inquiries, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely follow-up on action items and service requests. Daily responsibilities include preparing client reports and documentation, supporting advisors with account servicing, and facilitating smooth onboarding and ongoing engagement. The Client Relationship Manager will also help track client milestones, manage communication schedules, and work closely with internal team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional client care in a professional wealth management environment.
