You'll be a visible part of the center—supporting employees, welcoming new hires, partnering with leadership, helping navigate employee relations, and making sure the people and operational side of the center runs smoothly.Your days will have variety. You might interview a candidate, welcome a new employee, coach a team member, partner with Scheduling on an attendance issue, visit a potential in-home client, or help plan an employee appreciation event.If you're a people person, problem-solver, organizer, and culture-builder rolled into one, we'd love to meet you.Compensation & Benefits$47,000–$65,000 annually, based on relevant experience, including years of experience, industry background, and previous roles and responsibilities. You'll also receive:15 days of PTOPaid company holidaysPaid parental leaveHealth, dental & vision insurance401(k)Tuition discounts through Capella UniversityWhat You'll DoAs the HR Manager for our Matthews center, you'll be the go-to HR resource for employees and center leadership, balancing employee support with the day-to-day needs of a busy ABA center.You'll focus on:Employee Relations & Performance: Build relationships with employees, provide coaching and support, address attendance and performance concerns, facilitate corrective-action conversations, and partner with leadership on more complex employee matters.Recruiting & Onboarding: Interview candidates, coordinate onsite candidate visits, conduct new-hire orientation, welcome new employees, and help ensure they have the tools, training, and resources they need to get started successfully.Training & Development: Track new-hire assessments, competency requirements, and training milestones while supporting ongoing employee development and required training.Center Operations & Safety: Maintain a visible presence throughout the center, identify safety or operational concerns, support incident reporting, coordinate facility needs, and help keep the environment organized, welcoming, and ready for employees and families.Employee Experience: Help create a positive center culture through communication, employee recognition, appreciation activities, and consistent HR support.Cross-Functional Support: Partner closely with Clinical Leadership, Recruiting, Scheduling, Intake, and Corporate HR to keep communication flowing and issues moving toward resolution.The role is intentionally hands-on.
