About the role As Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for building and scaling White Circle's ecosystem across the AI industry. This includes identifying, structuring, and activating partnerships with AI companies, model providers, cloud platforms, consultancies, system integrators, and other strategic partners that can accelerate adoption of White Circle. You will work directly with the CEO and play a critical role in shaping how White Circle is distributed, adopted, and positioned within the AI ecosystem. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of partnerships, business development, GTM, and product strategy. The partnerships you build should translate into revenue, customer access, product insight, and long-term strategic advantage. What you'll do Build and own White Circle's partnership strategy Identify high-leverage partners across AI, cloud, infrastructure, consulting, and enterprise ecosystems Source, structure, negotiate, and close strategic partnership agreements Develop joint go-to-market motions, including referrals, co-selling initiatives, integrations, and strategic collaborations Build relationships with senior executives, founders, product leaders, and technical stakeholders across the industry Represent White Circle at industry events, conferences, and strategic customer meetings Identify emerging ecosystem opportunities before they become obvious to the market Translate partner and customer feedback into product and market insights Work closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure partnerships create measurable business outcomes Drive partner-sourced pipeline, revenue contribution, and ecosystem growth We're looking for someone who Has experience building strategic partnerships in AI, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, developer tools, or enterprise software Knows how to navigate complex organisations and build executive-level relationships Has structured and negotiated commercial partnerships that created measurable business impactCan operate independently and move quickly in ambiguous environments Has strong commercial instincts and understands how partnerships create revenue Is comfortable discussing both business strategy and technical products Communicates exceptionally well and is fluent in English A big plus Existing relationships across the AI ecosystem Experience working with model providers, AI infrastructure companies, or cloud platforms Experience building a partnerships function from zero to one Experience with ecosystem-led or partnership-led growth strategies Experience helping define and scale a new market category What success looks like after 12 months White Circle has become a recognised partner across key parts of the AI ecosystem We've established strong relationships with companies that influence how AI systems are built, deployed, and governed Partnerships are generating qualified opportunities, accelerating enterprise adoption, and strengthening our market position We have a repeatable process for identifying, developing, and expanding strategic relationships We've built a network that continues to compound over time Why White Circle Salary: $170,000 - $220,000 base Performance-based bonus Meaningful equity package Fully remote within the US All the hardware, tools, and services you need Covered subscriptions for AI agents and IDEs Paid time off in line with your local regulations, no matter where you work from Team off-sites twice a year: we’ve recently been to the Alps and to Saint-Tropez #J-18808-Ljbffr White Circle
