Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to establish personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and support holistic treatment objectives for clients.

• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records while ensuring adherence to ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Remaining engaged with current research and advancements in mental health practices by attending workshops and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling services, preferably within a clinical or outpatient setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Specialization in areas such as trauma recovery, substance abuse treatment, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable. Possessing strong knowledge of current ethical guidelines, legal regulations, and demonstrated proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems will set candidates apart.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
