Workday Payroll Specialist

Payroll Specialist - up to $115,000 - Hybrid, RI We are working with a growing organization that is looking to add a Payroll Specialist to its team. This role is ideal for someone with Workday payroll experience who enjoys supporting end-to-end payroll processing, improving processes, and ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities Process end-to-end payroll using Workday, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery. Serve as the primary resource for Workday Payroll, providing guidance and support to internal payroll teams. Assist with payroll tax and garnishment processes, working alongside implementation partners and internal stakeholders. Review existing payroll procedures and help develop improved workflows within the Workday environment. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Assist with year-end payroll activities, including payroll reconciliations and tax reporting. Requirements 5+ years of experienceprocessing end-to-end payroll. 2+ years of Workday experience. Knowledge of multi-state payroll processing and payroll compliance requirements. Understanding of payroll taxes, garnishments, and payroll tax systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
