Overview We are seeking a skilled and driven Swedish-speaking B2B Business Developer to join our dynamic team and support an exciting project in the travel and tourism sector. Your Role As a B2B Sales Agent, you will play a vital role in driving business success and delivering exceptional support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include: Building customer loyalty by providing outstanding sales support via outbound calls and emails. Proactively pursuing and securing business sales opportunities. Enhancing content, rates, and availability on our platforms to boost customer conversions. Negotiating promotional offers to support marketing and merchandising strategies. Managing inquiries across various communication channels with accuracy and professionalism. Offering precise, complete information by adhering to company procedures. Achieving and exceeding customer service quality standards, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
