This is a full‑time position with an hourly rate of $20.00 and is located at Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University. Essential Functions Assist with the purchasing process Manage department checkbook Manage invoice coding and approval Work with vendors to ensure accurate and timely issuing and receipt of required documents Set up new vendors and manage vendor access via the visitor system Support department managers with administrative tasks and tracking Track and report on purchase orders, checkbook balances, invoices, month‑end closing, guest comment responses, and guestroom preventative maintenance Qualifications Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience with Microsoft Teams, OneNote, and PowerPoint is desirable Knowledge of procurement systems; BirchStreet experience is desirable Minimum 3 years of administrative or accounting experience required Compensation $20.00 per hour, plus the benefits listed above.
