In this role, you will focus on enhancing the recovery journey of patients within our supportive rehabilitation facility located in Coconut Creek, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' medical histories and physical assessments to understand their needs and challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices to achieve measurable improvements in patient health.
• Implement targeted therapeutic exercises and activities aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, and range of motion in patients recovering from orthopedic conditions.
• Utilize specialized manual therapy techniques, including trigger point therapy and dry needling, to relieve pain and facilitate healing processes.
• Educate patients on effective body mechanics and recommend at-home exercises to support continued recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to meet evolving objectives.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient records, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will primarily serve patients requiring orthopedic rehabilitation, ranging from those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, or traumatic incidents, to individuals managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of two years' experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, with a proven track record of successfully treating a variety of orthopedic conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
