Our team consists of two physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA), all committed to delivering exceptional, evidence-based care while maintaining a collaborative approach.

Work Environment

Your primary workplace will be onsite in our modern home care facility, conducive to a healing environment. The setting allows for one-on-one interactions with patients and is designed to facilitate a high standard of treatment. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, nurturing both work-life balance and professional commitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify the specific therapeutic needs and goals of each patient through comprehensive evaluations, ensuring tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain a patient caseload of approximately two individuals per hour, providing focused attention and quality care to each patient.
• Implement cost-effective therapies aimed at enhancing clients' range of motion and mobility, with an emphasis on minimizing reliance on medication.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using diverse therapeutic techniques, ensuring evidence-based practice is at the core of your interventions.
• Design and instruct customized fitness and wellness programs that consider each patient's specific conditions and personal goals.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their treatment process, inspiring them to actively participate in their rehabilitation journeys.
• Collaborate closely with fellow healthcare professionals, sharing insights and strategies for comprehensive patient care.
• Document detailed records of services provided, maintaining compliance with established healthcare standards and best practices.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, continuously monitoring patient progress and adjusting plans as necessary to achieve desired results.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves individuals with private medical insurance, seeking rehabilitation after orthopedic procedures, sports injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Your contribution will be significant in helping these patients regain their independence and functionality, fostering a healthy lifestyle through improved strength, flexibility, and coordination.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Possession of a current and valid Physical Therapist license in Pompano Beach, Florida, with no history of board or disciplinary actions.
• Proven proficiency in manual therapy techniques and experience in designing exercise programs tailored to patient needs.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, preferably WebPT, to streamline documentation and patient tracking.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of experience is required, ideally within an orthopedic outpatient setting. Experience directly impacting patient outcomes through innovative therapy approaches and a thorough understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation will differentiate a strong candidate.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, full benefits will be included, ensuring that you are supported both personally and professionally in your practice.
