Impact Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our Rehabilitation Center located in Pompano Beach, Florida. Work Environment

Our Rehabilitation Center offers a collaborative and motivating environment where our team members are encouraged to engage with one another and with patients. Our scheduling allows for a healthy work-life balance, with regular hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify their specific rehabilitation needs and establish personalized treatment goals.
• Implement cost-effective treatment strategies to improve patients' mobility and overall physical function.
• Design individualized care plans utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and advanced modalities.
• Create wellness-oriented programs tailored to promote patient engagement and compliance.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care ensuring consistency, reliability, and optimal outcomes in patient rehabilitation.
• Motivate patients through personalized encouragement and support, helping them achieve their functional goals.
• Support and promote a healthy lifestyle among clients by improving their strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on individual response and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our typical patient demographic includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and post-traumatic rehabilitation. Our goal is to provide personalized care to a diverse clientele, ensuring that we meet each person where they are in their healing journey.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation settings.
• Strong foundational knowledge in musculoskeletal conditions, coupled with adept skills in patient assessment and treatment planning.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Proficiency in utilizing advanced evaluation tools and treatment technologies common in the rehabilitation field.
• Understanding of functional movement techniques and gol-based rehabilitation practices.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
