Barrera Insurance (Farmers Insurance) is actively hiring a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing, high-performance team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish with professional proficiency in both.

ResponsibilitiesWhat Youll Do
Handle client service requests (policy changes, billing, coverage questions)
Support a high-volume book of business with speed + accuracy
Communicate across phone, email, and CRM systems
Identify coverage gaps and help strengthen client protection
Assist with marketing and outreach initiatives
Cross-sell and generate new business opportunities for additional income
RequirementsWhat You Need
Bilingual in English and Spanish with professional proficiency in both
AZ Property & Casualty License
Life & Health License = BIG PLUS
1+ year customer service (insurance or call center preferred)
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
