Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 Base Salary + Commission & Bonus Opportunities

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to generate new business and build long-term referral relationships across our mitigation, HVAC, plumbing, and reconstruction services.

This is an outside sales and relationship-development role. You'll spend your time building connections with insurance professionals, property managers, commercial property owners, real estate professionals, contractors, facility managers, and other referral partners.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable getting out into the market, opening doors, building relationships, and turning those relationships into consistent business.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners and prospective customers
  
  
• Generate new opportunities across:
  • Water and mold mitigation
    
    
  • Emergency restoration services
    
    
  • HVAC service, repair, maintenance, and replacement
    
    
  • Plumbing service, repair, and installation
    
    
  • Reconstruction and property repairs
    
    
• Conduct in-person sales visits with insurance agencies, property managers, commercial properties, real estate offices, contractors, and other referral sources
  
  
• Maintain a consistent schedule of calls, visits, presentations, and follow-ups
  
  
• Clearly communicate company services and capabilities to prospective partners
  
  
• Track leads, contacts, appointments, referrals, and sales activity in the CRM
  
  
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell services across departments
  
  
• Work closely with operations, estimating, mitigation, HVAC, plumbing, and reconstruction teams
  
  
• Attend networking events, trade associations, community events, and industry meetings
  
  
• Develop long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
  
  
• Meet or exceed established business-development and revenue goals
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in business development, outside sales, account management, restoration, construction, HVAC, plumbing, insurance, or property management
  
  
  
  
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  
  
• Confident making cold introductions, in-person visits, phone calls, and presentations
  
  
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own sales activity
  
  
• Organized with strong follow-up skills
  
  
• Comfortable managing multiple leads and relationships simultaneously
  
  
• Proficiency with CRM systems, email, Microsoft Office, and mobile applications
  
  
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  
  

Highly Preferred

• Existing relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, contractors, facility managers, or commercial property owners
  
  
  
  
• Previous restoration, HVAC, plumbing, or home-services sales experience
  
  
• Proven track record of generating new accounts and referral partnerships
  
  
• Experience developing a territory through outside sales and networking
