We are in search of ambitious individual to be part of our dynamic team. Seeking a full charge bookkeeper/staff accountant for our client's bookkeeping and accounting. Applicant will handle a diverse mix of bookkeeping clients including hotels, restaurants, retail, construction, and medical professionals. Tax preparation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

Data Entry for Books

** Client bank reconciliation preparation **
1099 and W-2 preparation

** Payroll and payroll taxes **
Financial Statement preparation

** Direct client interaction **
Preparation of monthly/quarterly/accounting through financial statement preparation (all aspects of accounting)

** Preparation of Sales Tax Returns **
Preparations of Workers Compensation Reports

** Tax Preparation Experience is a plus **

Requirements:
** Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience in Public Accounting ** QuickBooks experience a Must
** Experience with Creative Solutions or similar general ledger software package ** Computer literate We offer a competitive pay depending on experience.

Excellent communication skills
** QuickBooks, Excel, Microsoft Office **

** Job Type: Full-time **

Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday during busy tax season some weekends may be required
